Administrator/Financial Analyst – Private Clients
The ideal candidate will have:
¨ At least Bachelor’s degree in economics/accounting/finance ¨ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability and maturity to deal effectively with all levels of staff and management within the Group, third party service providers such as asset managers and tax consultants, and with high powered (often demanding) private clients ¨ A sharp analytical mind, good numeracy skills and a strong commercial awareness ¨ A strong client care/ service orientation ¨ Ability and willingness to occasionally travel to jurisdictions outside of Switzerland as part of the job ¨ Deals responsibly with confidential information ¨ Displays a high level of professional integrity ¨ Is organised and works well even under pressure ¨ A strong flair for Wealth Management ¨ Fluent in English (oral and written) ¨ Knowledge of French Language is a plus
The main tasks of the candidate will be:
¨ Responsible for transfers in / new entities take on and coordination ¨ Liaising with certain designated clients in conjunction with Relationship Manager ¨ Liaising with 3rd party service providers and with various business contacts, including banks, investment houses, solicitors and property managers/estate agents ¨ Assisting Relationship Manager on ad-hoc client requests; various analysis’s work ¨ New portfolio opening documentation – coordination of opening ¨ Monitoring nominee accounts ¨ Post trip follow up with Relationship Managers ¨ Assisting Relationship Manager in investment reviews and small to medium sized clients ¨ Liaison with accountants in the Swiss office in order to ensure that financial accounts are prepared and ready in time for any client meetings ¨ Preparation of various forms, including Trust & Company Formation, Payment request, Investment Recommendation and Bank Account Opening forms ¨ Preparation of client presentations using PowerPoint, Word and Excel and arranging for binding and distribution when required ¨ Trip pack collation ¨ Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required from time to time
